Payment Policy for Brasal

1. No Refunds Policy

All payments made to Brasal are final and non-refundable. By accepting this policy, you agree to these terms regarding all transactions, including but not limited to initial deposits, recurring payments, and full project payments. This no-refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, our decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our Services either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever.

 

2. Cancellation of Projects

Projects that are canceled by the client for any reason will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be determined based on the number of hours already invested in the project at an hourly rate, plus the cost of any goods or services purchased for the project. Brasal will provide an itemized invoice detailing all hours and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate is $350 per hour. This rate applies to all work performed by our staff in connection with a project.

Cost of Goods: Any expenses for goods or services that have been purchased on behalf of the client's project will be included in the cancellation invoice.

 

3. Intellectual Property Transfer Fee

Any transfer of ownership of intellectual property from Brasal to the client will incur a transfer fee. This fee is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with the preparation and delivery of files and legal transfer of ownership rights.

Transfer Fee: The fee for transferring intellectual property rights is $1,800. This fee must be paid in full before any files or ownership rights are transferred to the client.

4. Consultation Fees

Consultation services provided by Brasal are billed at an hourly rate. This fee will be charged for all consultation meetings that require professional advice, planning sessions, and strategy discussions.

Consultation Rate: $350 per hour.

5. Late Payment Fees

Payments that are not received by the due date will incur a late payment fee. This fee is intended to compensate Brasal for the financial and administrative costs of managing late payments.

Late Payment Fee: A fee of $75 Dollars will be applied for each late payment.

​

6. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by Brasal are payable within [specify number] days from the date of the invoice. Payments can be made by Check, Credit Card, or Quickbooks. Invoices not settled within the specified payment term will be subject to the aforementioned late payment fees.

7. Changes to Payment Policy

Brasal reserves the right to modify or change the payment policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will not affect contracts or agreements that were entered into prior to the posting of such modifications on our website.
